How Our Track System Works

Each track includes three progressive levels:

Level 1 — Foundations

Clients begin with core knowledge, basic skill-building, and early-stage self-awareness.

Level 2 — Application

Client’s practice applying skills in structured settings with enhanced guidance and feedback.

Level 3 — Integration & Independence

Clients demonstrate increased independence, apply skills in community settings, and prepare for long-term recovery goals.

These levels allow clients to grow at a comfortable pace while still being challenged to stretch toward their fullest potential.

Individual Sessions: Personalized Support Every Step of the Way

In addition to group programming, each client receives individualized sessions to:

  • Reinforce group lessons
  • Address personal challenges or barriers
  • Track progress toward treatment goals
  • Adapt interventions based on strengths and needs
  • Build a strong therapeutic relationship with their PRP specialist

This one-on-one support ensures treatment remains personal, responsive, and effective.
